Amnitek / Bank of America

This 94,000 foot building in the Crosswinds Business & Technology Park was built in 1999 as a manufacturing facility for Amnitek, Ltd., a maker of plastic injection mold computer components.  After Amnitek moved its operations to Singapore, DCI converted the building for use by Bank of America as offices for a call center and back office operations.  The extensive renovation included new HVAC systems, refurbished entrances and numerous windows cut from the tilt walls.

DCI won accolades for this renovation of a former multi-screen movie theatre into a Class A office building leased to Nationwide Insurance.  The building features a marble interior and an elegant main staircase.

Situated in Arion Park along U.S. Highway 281 in north San Antonio, Parkway Plaza offers 168,000 square feet of Class A office space in five buildings.  The project features innovative architectural details, an abundance of parking and convenient front door access to each suite in a serene setting of large native oak trees.  It is home to corporate tenants such as Caremark / CVS, Time Warner, Nextel of Texas and Washington Mutual.

DCI developed this 40,000 square foot facility as corporate headquarters for Onboard Software, a defense department contractor.  The building includes the company's daycare facilities in a beautiful tree-shaded environment.
