Westpointe is a 30 acre retail project located at the northeast corner of State Highway 151 and Ingram Road, just west of Loop 410. The development sits adjacent to Westover Marketplace, which is anchored by Target and Lowe’s, and is comprised of several top retailers including Ross, PETsMART, Chili’s, and Cracker Barrel. Westpointe enjoys great visibility to SH 151 and easy access to Loop 410 and SH 151. The development consists of six pad sites and over 200,000 square feet of retail space. Construction commenced on the first 30,000 square feet of retail space in early 2008 and is expected to be completed by late summer 2008.
El Cerrito Place is a 6-story 158,000 square foot, Class A office building currently in pre-development in San Antonio’s north-central submarket. The building’s excellent location is just minutes from San Antonio International Airport as well as Loop 410 and Loop 1604, providing convenient access for tenants and visitors alike. El Cerrito Place’s amenities will include:
Construction is expected to commence in 2008. El Cerrito Place will be the first Class A office building of a master planned development in Arion Park.
Concho Commons is a mixed-use retail/office development located adjacent to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The property is ideally situated on the south side of the campus on Concho Street between N. LBJ Drive and Guadalupe Street and will include over 30,000 sf of shops, restaurants, service providers and office space catered to meet the needs of the Texas State students. Construction on this project is expected to commence in late 2008.
Tacara is a 58-acre mixed-use development with over 800,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, office, restaurant and residential space. Inspired by colonial Spanish villages of old, Tacara features a distinctive, triangular central plaza composed of retail shops, restaurants and a spacious open-air park, including several flowing water features. The project is ideally located at the northwest corner of Highway 281 and Stone Oak Parkway, in the middle of the strongest demographic growth corridor in San Antonio. Tacara sits adjacent to the Washington Mutual campus and is within close proximity to the JW Marriott-San Antonio and two new TPC golf courses that are currently under construction. This project is currently in the pre-leasing phase, with construction expected to begin in 2009.
Crosswinds - Building E is a 122,000 square foot office/flex/warehouse building situated on 7.9 acres at the corner of Crosswinds Way and Weidner Road in northeast San Antonio. This location offers easy access to Wurzbach Parkway and the Austin-San Antonio corridor via IH-35. This is Darren Casey Interests’ fifth office/flex/warehouse building in Crosswinds Technology Park. Construction is expected to commence on this building in late 2008.
